With the summer season starting to heat up, this cute little beach dress from R3Volt is just what the doctor ordered! I refer to it as a beach dress rather than a summer dress because of it's longer hemline and easy wrap neckline, which makes it perfect to wear over a swim suit on a hot summer day!
